Our Mission

The Coefficient Group exists to help organizations capture the 10–45% of waste hiding in IT and Business Process Operations (BPO) budgets. We combine 200+ years of Fortune 500/Global 1000 experience with a practical, metrics-driven approach.

We do not just advise—we have led the same kinds of programs we now run: vendor rationalization, Global Capability Center (GCC) design/build/optimize, labor optimization, cloud migrations, and infrastructure transformation. That is why our recommendations are actionable and our results measurable.
